1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1-3/4 cups water
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs. chopped, fresh parsley
1 package Lipton® Noodles & Sauce - Alfredo
Total Time: 21 minutes
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in margarine in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink. Remove and set aside. Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Add water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in Noodles & Sauce - Alfredo and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in chicken; heat through.
