1 ounce dried sliced Shiitakes, reconstituted.
4 tsp. olive oil
4 ounces sliced fresh white mushrooms
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup concentrated cream of mushroom soup
4 tsp. white wine
Pinch of ground bay leaf
Squeeze excess liquid from shiitake mushrooms. In a skillet sauté shiitakes in the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh, white mushrooms and cook until golden brown stirring often. Stir in soy sauce, soup, wine and bay leaf and heat through. Pour over steaks, roasts or hamburgers.
